MINIMUM BILLING All orders will have a minimum billing of $100.00.
FREIGHT F.O.B.- point of shipment.
TERMS OF PAYMENT Net 30 days, subject to credit approval.
DELIVERY All shipping dates given prior to shipment are estimated as accurately as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
RETURNS No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and approval.
REELS All reels, spools and packaging materials are shipped without charge and are non-returnable. Any special packaging will bear additional charges.
CANCELLATIONS Cancellations of orders will be accepted only upon approval, and are subject to reasonable and proper cancellation charges.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The seller's liability is limited to the value of the product sold. In no event shall any liability be made for special or consequential damages.
TOLERANCES All merchandise is subject to normal manufacturing tolerances and variations. We reserve the right to ship within plus or minus 10% of the over-all quantity ordered.
ERRORS Stenographic, typographic and clerical errors are subject to correction.
